NOTE: Students who apply and confirm housing for the Academic Year should understand that they're committing to the entire term, including both fall and spring semesters. Residence Life does not offer fall-only housing agreements or contracts.

The Housing Portal is where you'll do everything related to campus housing online. As a student living on campus, you'll use it to:

  • Fill out housing forms
  • Pick your room and roommates
  • See where you'll live
  • Get important updates

Use the portal to make living on campus easier!

Want to choose where you'll live? The portal lets you pick your floor, room, and roommates! You'll find step-by-step instructions in the housing form. To start, just log in to the portal or go to our housing website at www.ben.edu/housing.

To begin, click Login at the top and enter your student email (b1234567@ben.edu) and password. You'll then see all forms and your housing info.
