NOTE: Students who apply and confirm housing for the Academic Year should be aware that it is a commitment for entire term that incluces fall and spring semester. Residence Life does not offer fall only housing agreements/contracts.
Applications received after July 21 will be assigned by Residence Life on a rolling basis in August.
What's next?
1. Submit your application for review.
2. Residence Life will review placement eligibility and manually assign you within 48 hours.
3. You will receive an email communicaiton within 48 hours regarding actions needed to confirm your placement.
The Housing Portal is the official online resident portal. The portal allows new and returning residential students to access and manage communication, housing application, housing agreement, roommate requests, room selection and assignment information. Residents are encouraged to become acquainted with the portal as it will serve as the “go-to place” as an on-campus resident.
Students can choose their floor, room, and even roommates! Room selection details and information regarding the process will be included within the application. Log in to view details or visit our Residence Life pate at www.ben.edu/housing.
